Bosch Car Service - Stay Away

Took my X3 for a service at Xavier Reef Branch. paid R9000 for service and clutch sensor replacement. Vehicle comes back with noise. couple days crankshaft pulley comes off. i took the vehicle back only to be told i have to pay another 9000 for pulley replacement. irritated with the whole issue i decided to take my vehicle away only to be told i have to pay R550 for assessment. Bosch Car service isn't a place to service one's vehicle. while going through my conversation with "these people" another lady enters frustrated with her service and demanding a refund. these franchises are a total ******* and one must stay away from them. the fact is that, they dont even know what they are doing. you take your car there at your own peril. its is a disgrace for Bosch to be associated with these bunch of **********
