Bosch Car Service Rosslyn

Hello Peter , Please assist me i took my car to Bosch in Rosslyn Pretoria on the 10/11/2023 the insurance asked for a quotation and till to date no quotation received ,otherwise when i send the Lady by name Adi a message she telling me that she is very busy and there is no one who can assist so i must wait ,and she was so irritated even yelling and shouting at me, can you help me to get this sorted as soon as possible please .
