Bosch Car Service Rifle Range service is appalling

I have been using Bosch Car service Alberton for years, with the good service they have I thought all Bosch Services are the same.

My experience with Bosch Car service Rifle Range is appalling, on the 25th Jan 2023 I took my car for repairs on the Coolant as displayed on my dashboard. They booked in the car for diagnosis and sent me a quote for repairs. I accepted the quote and gave them a go ahead. That's when the problem started.... No stock for replacement part, until the 10th of February when the part arrived, they opted to deliver the car about -+5 to my workplace as they were knocking off. When I start the car I found that the engine light is on, I took the car back and waited another week. They managed to fix the engine, the lady told me the problem was the Technician didn't plug something by the engine. That was on the 24th of February when I went to pickup the car. I drove the car back home, on Sunday 26th February I drove to Southgate Mall which is about 10km to my house, I found that the dashboard Fuel Guage, Speedometer and Rev counter doesn't work. I called them on Tuesday morning and spoke to Gugu who said I should bring the car the following day which is today (Wednesday 01/03/2023) because the so called Technician is not in. I went there today and I found him, he plug in the Diagnostic Machine and just after 15 minutes he came back and said he his machine is slow and ask me to leave and promise to call me. No call until I called them at 15h15 still not done, Fariel found out the car should go for diagnostic which will take another day with cost, I immediately refuse that and told her to bill the guy who messed up my car. What did he do to my car!!!!! You can tell how he acted in the morning that he is not competent.

I need my car to be fixed asap, if you can't do the job, you should say so in the first place. Problem after problem due to un qualified staff.
