Bosch Car Service providing poor service

I booked my Jeep 2.7L CRD for servicing of injectors on the monthend of January 2018 at Bosch Car service Selby. See what went by :

*Brought the car end of Jan and 5 Feb we agreed what I must pay and I paid on the 6th of Feb*

*20 April still working on the car and I paid a further R7000 to cover up for an outstanding costs and damaged parts as you highlighted*

*Today is the 8th of September and I still don't have the car after paying a total R23,200 to fix it. Honestly it doesn't sound cool at all. Am not okay at all and can't give much more time.*

This doesn't sit well with me to be treated like this after paying in full for every costing that was charged.
