Bosch Car Service Performer 2000

I took my Polo TSI in for service on 25 May 2025, and was told I needed all front and rear brake pads and discs replaced. Before this service, there were no squeaking sounds when braking. After the work was done, the car started squeaking, which I reported on 18 June 2025.

Your service team then claimed the issue was with the bearings. I had the car inspected by two other reputable service centers, and both confirmed the problem was still the brake pads. Even after blindly replacing the bearings as instructed by your team, the squeaking persists.

This is beyond frustrating. The service was completely ***********, careless, and misleading. It’s painfully clear that your team cannot diagnose properly and does not care about actually fixing problems.
