The nightmare started when I started following up on the status of repairs. The owner Mbulelo Nxumalo gave me a run around for close to three months, avoiding my calls and giving me excuses on the status of my car.

Eventually, on 19 May 2022, I decided to collect my car after he threaten me with storage fees. He invoiced me for a Diagnostic report (which was never issued) and car repairs that were never carried out for close to R4,000.00. I paid the amount under duress because he threaten me with storage fees. The worse started when I received my car. They had damaged my Bonnet (which I cannot open) and damaged my window (which is no longer closing)n, further damaged my gearbox, and stripped the car Grill. The owner operates like a mafia and not a businessman. Please don't be a victim like myself. Do not take your car there.
