Bosch car service centurion is the worst!!!!

Bosch car in Centurion is the worst. Had my car serviced on the 3rd of July for a major service which costed me 6K. Took my car with no issues except a minor vibrating issue which I'll assume had to do with misfiring of power from the spark plugs. Left my car around 7am and got a call around 3pm to get for collection. I was helped by a lady named Zandra who had a nice attitude. Collected the car and surprisingly just after I exit the service centre upon reaching the traffic light I started to feel a significant loss of power and my car shaking tremendously. By thay time I knew the car went into Limb mode and has to with the spark plugs. The following day I sent Zandra an email to she acted on quicky to have my car brought back. I explained to them that my car got worser than it was when I brought it in. They asked me to leave it and they'll give me a call however I never received any call to signal me that they completed the service. I went to them and collected my car around 3:45pm. Just after I passed the same robots I experienced a problem at yesterday then boom the problem repeats itself. Tried to get hold of Zandra but the phone was just ringing and no pick up. Drove the car home on Friday hoping to take it back Saturday. Long story short, my car broke down and couldn't have power to drive off to the service centre. So got a second alternative mechanic to double check the issue and to his surprise he found that they broke my cars spark plug insulators and they didn't replace any spark plugs as the ones we found where worn out. They also tried to hide the faults by taping the plugs with a silver tape. The staff they did to my car are shocking and terrible. My advice is to never trust Bosch as they're with the quality of service they offer.
