Bosch call Centre ***********, rude staff

I contacted Bosch via message on their website to enquire about specifications on a certain product that I intend on buying. I receive an *********** response via email from Augusto Rodrigues stating that the branch where I can purchase was Diesel Electric Rand. I called into speak to this individual and I get more dissent over the phone. Arrogance and no sense of customer courtesy.
