Bosch Buzz Shopping Centre - Worst Service Ever

Bosch Fourways Service Centre behind the Buzz Shopping Centre: End of July 2017, I drove my perfectly running Golf GT to Bosch Fourways Service Centre behind the Buzz Shopping Centre for a major Service.

I was given a snag-list which amounted to R16 000.00 which included a new Suspension. I have no idea what was done to my car, 5 months later after paying cash for the service and new suspension, I had to spend R1800 to have my car towed to another Service Centre in Boksburg where I spent a further R6000,00 to get my vehicle moving. I dont understand what was done to my car at Bosch Buzz. I had to change the computer box and re-service the car at the second Service centre.

If Bosch installed a new suspension then why cant I can't drive the vehicle over 120km. As far as I am concerned, this Bosch Dealership at the Buzz shopping centre took me for a ride, all parts installed in my car were not VW approved parts, I had to replace the pirate parts which Bosch installed and therefore demand my R16000 spent plus the R1800 for towing or I will take this up legally.
