Bosch Brake Pads - Defective - Appalling Service

Please be informed that i have raised a complaint with your company regarding defective Brake Pads that could have caused a fatal accident and possible injuries due to the malfunction and nonconforming Bosch Brake Pads used on my vehicle. I emailed your company on the 28-08-2017 and to date i have not received any correspondence from your company to investigate this incident and provide the corrective action that shall be taken accordingly. Bosch is known for its commitment in providing quality products and excellent customer satisfaction, however receiving no feedback or commitment to investigate this matter surely justifies the appalling service and no commitment in dealing with consumer complaints.

I shall escalate this nonconforming services rendered by Bosch to the Consumer Protection Act for resolution and the social media should I not receive feedback from your company by the 13-09-2017. All related correspondence below without any feedback or commitment to close off this nonconformance from Bosch.
