Bosch Braamfontein poor service

On Thursday the 20th of December 2018 I went for a full car service payed 2.8k for it meaning it’s a quality place which speaks so good of themselves but today I’ve learned something else the 22nd of December two days later I discovered that my oil filter was leaking oil and after that I called the guy told him about it while I was stuck going on a weekend away I’ve lost my money for the trip and had to to pay someone to come and tow me home, while they inform me that they will only be able to assist me on Monday ?? not curing about assisting me now, people has warned me about the place of bad experiences but now I’ve learned myself about it, this is really bad service, my brake pads was not changed, all my belts was not changed, my hand brakes was not adjusted, my shocks was not touched that’s just to top it off. I’m very disappointed in their services I’ll never ever again use Bosch for a service or for any car related issues.
