Bosch bad management

My car went in for repair, TAKE NOTE:MY NEW CAR BOUGHT FROM CITTON CARS ON FRIDAY 1WEEK ago. Has been at Bosch since Wednesday, 14:50 the y sent me a WhatsApp message saying they ordered the wrong brake shoes and I can't get my car today. I'm moving to the Western Cape tomorrow.. Yes I have a loan car, which I feel something is wrong with and am not willing to risk my and my families life in an unknown car, because they are not willing to get me my car back by tomorrow morning.
