Bosch Appliance disappoints

on the 12 February 2024 i submitted a complaint to Robert Bosch (refer below content). However i received an automated reply with a reference EC-1MI6-1QY7KO but no action To whom it may concern at Bosch DISHWASHER DISSATISFACTION In 2017 I purchased a dishwasher model SD6P1B (SMS46MWOOZ/51) which worked very well. I had no issues with the effectiveness of cleaning the dishes. As recall the operating instructions stated that dishes should be cleaned of all food residue however minor residue the dishwasher could handle through the cleaning process .In December 2023 I purchased a new model BSHSMS6HM104Z and have found it very disappointing. Food or coffee granules on the dishes does not get cleaned off or washed out properly. In fact food particles and coffee grains are scattered across other dishes during the washing process and remain (stick) there – ie after the wash I find coffee grains and food particles sitting on other dishes ! What is wrong with this new technology. I’m very disappointed
