BOSCH ALBERTON (AUTO EXPEDI8) - WORST SERVICE!

Having recently had my car serviced (minor service) at Bosch Alberton, I was told that the wiper blades needed replacement, the rear shocks as well as the Multi-V Belt.

I had told them to leave the wiper blades as I felt there is nothing wrong with them, and got a 2nd opinion regarding the other two items. Having both the shocks and Multi-V Belt re-checked - I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with either of them, and no valid reason to have these changed!!!!! What a complete **** you are running - ripping people of unnecessarily!!

And then to discover just over a week later, that in fact I no longer have a rear wiper blade at all!! Weird to then be told by Bosch Albertob that it had most likely been "******", and unfortunately it not being the rainy season it has not been used (so I didnt notice it until a week later), and is certainly not something I thought I needed to check was still on my car the day I collected it from the Bosch service centre.

The response from Bosch Alberton was one of total dis-interest, and I am still waiting for the follow-up call that was promised by both the dealership manager as well as a Bosch South Africa representative. Unfortunately this kind of service leaves a rather poor taste in ones mouth.

I (and anyone I know) will certainly not be returning to either Alberton branch, and would in fact be sceptical of using any Bosch Service Centre in the future.
