Bosch

I have buy NEW shop soiled product that are suppose to be new. First use there is a noise phone Bosch they send technician. They did open machine close and give their private business card. When I phone again I was told Bosch will not fix machine because it will be use for commercial use. My point is it was not used yet so why can they not fix it only because it is standing on a commercial property it is still a new machine.
