Beware of Bosch Dealerships in Durban (KZN)

Beware of Bosch Service centers in Durban. Took my car to a Bosch service center in Durban. They did an engine overhaul. R50000 was the cost. Collected the car 4 months later. Broke down the same day. Took the car back the next day. Collected the car a week later. Engine light on. Unable to change gears. Car has no power. Called Bosch center they said it is a electric fault. Engine light could be an electric fault LOL. This after I spent R50000 on the car. Escalated the issue to Bosch head office. No help what so ever. They said if I take the car to another Bosch dealership it will be at my own cost. After a month the car caught on fire. The report shows the alternator cable was not put in correctly when the engine was done. Today after I spent more then R50000 I still am unable to drive the car. So please be very careful as they say they are Bosch and they say that they are RMI approved but the workmanship is worse than a backyard mechanic. Their pricing is way out even more than the dealership. They make a markup on all parts. like 50%. Dont use them or you will end up like me. A very big loss and no car.
