Badly designed washing machine

Don't buy a Bosch washing machine. I bought one and 13 months later the motor packed up just out of warranty. I few years later the bearing has worn out. To replace the bearing they have to strip the whole machine so the quote to fix it is R3000. So Bosch advises me to rather buy a new machine. That is like replacing your car every time you change the spark plugs.
