Bad service with Bosch Car Service VIB Auto Lephalale

Hello, on the 24th of Jan I went to Bosch car service Lephalale to ask for a quotation for my car bearings, they gave me a form to fill my details and my car details, because it was late they told me that they will send a quotation on Monday, but I never received anything on Monday, then on the 29th I made a follow up for the quotation, they sent me the same form and ask me to fill it again and send it back. They also ask me to bring my car for the bearings sample, which I did. After that when I ask for the quotation, they always said they still waiting for the parts. Mind you my car was with them for 2 weeks. On the 11th of Feb they sent me the quotation of R27318.00, for Bearings and labour. They said I have to pay it, if I don’t I won’t get my car. I told them that I won’t be able to pay that kind of money because I was only asking for quotation only, so now they’re forcing me to pay the money or else I’m not gonna get my car. Mind you my first quotation with my car dealership was R5000 for the bearing and labour service, the problem it was far. As I am typing they still having my car.
