Bad service Vereeniging Bosch

Bosch Car Service Vereeniging, BAD BAD BAD service. They towed the car in on the 18th of November 2022; the issue is/was oil mixing with water and the car overheating. Today is the new month, no solution on how far. I have supp**** parts but still no work or updates. Missed a few appointments and I need the car to generate income.
