Bad service from Bosch Boksburg with my breaks

I bought breaks last year 2015 and took them to Bosch to have them installed, then they told me that the breaks i had were incorrect and then i went to get my money back from the shop and bought breaks from them. I had my front breaks installed by them and those breaks have been making noise and also weird knocking sounds, i took my car to VW to have them checked and they said that the breaks installed are not the correct one sand that's the reason for the noise. this is very bad service from Bosch because they made me change the correct breaks i had to buy their own messed up breaks and now this.<br>
