Bad service from Bosch

Absolutely shocking service from the Bosch service team. My 7 month old dishwasher ( with a 3 year warranty), broke down with the water trapped inside. It has been 10 days of promises from the service team and still nothing. The water is starting to smell inside. I have allways been a Bosch fan but with service like this it is just not worth it to buy Bosch applianced
