BAD SERVICE FROM BOCSH AFTER BYING PRODUCT WITH WARRANTY

I logged a call reference number:BJ119525. in February 2019 already. Our tumble dryer doesn't dry the clothes and switches off by it self. Firstly the technician only pitched about 2-3 months afterwards and 'fixed' the machine. 3 days later we phoned him to let him know the machine is still doing the same thing. IT IS OCTOBER 2019 and STILL the machine is broken, we live in Lephalale and he always has an issue or excuse, he was supposed to come Thursday 31 October 2019, I have the whatsapp proof if needed. This will seriously be the last time EVER I buy a Bosch product if this is the service one can expect!
