bad service from a service consultant at Bosch Alberton

my vehicle was taken to them for a mechanical breakdown and guess what two weeks after they fixed it its broken again with the very same problem. The immediate response i get from them is... if they discover that the problem was on their side only then they will pay for breakdown. the next call i receive is they have discovered another problem with my car. why did i take the car to them in the first place
