Bad service ever

<p>My name is Litha Dlelembe ID ********** 467083. Last yer February 2016 i took my car to Bosch service in Town, Boysen Road under M2 Bridge; my car had a problem with wiring and the computer box. On the same day i left them with the new Computer Box. A month later i called them to ask about the progress of the repair as I was not expecting them to take a Month, they told me that the car is not yet fixed. I kept on calling them. 3 months later they told me that the computer box i gave them is not the right one. I organised the right one. A year and 2 months later my car is still with them and it's still not fixed, bare in mind that i paid these guys R7000. 00 that the quoted me but I still don't have the car. The boss of that Branch is Derrick, he is very *********** with his stuff. I phoned them today again and i spoke to Derrick the manager and he told me that they are closed until May if why they closed i don't know and he said my car is still not right and he doesn't know when it will be okay. I even doubt that my car is still alive. I trusted Bosch Service but I lost hope now. I would never recommend anyone to Bosch service.</p>
