Bad Service by Bosch Services

I took a bakkie on the 19/08/2021 to be checked by Gamohaan Motors Bosch Kuruman as it was leaking oil underneath, as we speak at this moment, the bakkie hasnt been checked, the lady works at the service department is asking me how often am i normally bringing cars to them, i mean does it matter if i need to follow up with my bakkie?
