Bad service, Bosch Polokwane

I went to Bosch Service in Polokwane, Devinish street and had one of the most horrible and awful service. I was there to buy mere Spark plugs and upon paying, I was told that I must wait for an hour for the plugs to come from their warehouse...Was told that it's lunch time hence the wait...what made me angry is that they waited for my payment before gracing me with their gesture..to make it worse I waited for 1 hour and thirty minutes, I could have gone somewhere else...But I guess that was my last visit there...If you want proper service, avoid Bosch Polokwane.
