Bad service at Bosch service Rustenburg GREYSTONE

I took my car to Bosch service in Rustenburg greystone for a service. I asked them to check my brakes. On fetching my car I heard a funny noise more like hissing sound. I heard a very bad reception Lady who even kept me standing because she was lunch, one thing I noted was her suddenly friendliness towards me. The following day I was told it's the breaks I was surprised because I asked them to check the rear brake pads. She was so rude yelling at my dangerous brakes and they can recheck it after I had changed as I speak am replacing all brake disks and brake pads I can't understand what exactly they did to my car..I would NEVER advice anyone to take their car if you are a woman have a man with you.
