Bad service and ******

I service at Bosch just saw New branch close to me next to carnival mall went inside to ask price for wheel alignment the lady on reception gave me good service told me price then I said to her I will be back stepped out to do transfer since there was no network inside the workshop manager came from shopping he shouted that he doesn’t wanna do business with me I look suspicious I am a ****** black ***** he even called armed response to chase me out of shopping center What happens to customer service I wasn’t even caring a gun 💔
