Bad service

Very very bad service. Took my car there 24 November 2023, for a warranty claim. They promised us it will take about 6-8 weeks, which is understandable because the December holiday was around the corner. It took eventually 8 months before they let us know the car is ready. My car was also scratch and there are some chip-marks on the bonnet en also on the new-sprayed bmfront bumper. Not even a month later, about 3 weeks, the gearbox cable snapped
