Bad service!

Delivered my car to Bosch Alberton for a service on the 7/08/19 and collected the vehicle on the 16/08/2019.

The vehicle was dirty and deep scratches on the door. I approached management and try to convince me that the scratches was there. They refuse to accept responsibility. I fear what will I pick up after driving the vehicle.
