Bad service

Today I went to service my Dutsun Go. Everything went Fine and when I came and collected my car after I paid for the service I walked out of the office towards my car my keys were not there, the service book wad not in the car, the power oulet cap was gone. I then asked the guy that help me Andre he walk around looki for someone after a few minutes gave me the keys and when I asked him where the power oulet cap was he just said there is no reason why the lady that clean the car would take it and just walked away. I inspected the car and the flour carpet under the back seat wad out, the panel behind the left mirror was laying on the floor and after he walked away from me nobody came and asked whats wrong
