BAD SERVICE

Folks in my area. DO NOT use The Garage Hillcrest - Bosch Car Service Centre FOUR days to sort my car for a comprehensive service, (2011 model, so not a jalopy).... a barrage of lame excuses ... 'had to purchase a special tool' to fix the tension on the cam-belt....'sorry, they didn't realise the water filter should be placed XYZ'.... etc, etc, etc..... The worst thing is that when I confronted the 'manager', there was NIL ownership of the F*** UP..... instead, a shirking of responsibility .... handed over to the customer-liaison lass (who, to her credit, was pretty awesome - feel bad for her.... obviously does not have the back-up of her 'powers-that-be').... Yeah, I'm ****ED.... worse service than TELKOM.... and a transport asset tends to be more dear than a phone line....
