Bad Service

My car VW Jetta broke down and I established that the car had not spark and I got the car towed to Bosch Service Hillfox on 2 June 2015. I was quoted 2 days later for a new coil, module and harness for around R3500. When they got the car running the instrument cluster had stopped working. After then trying to fix the cluster I suggested a second hand cluster and was quoted another R3000 which I had to accept because the car was not running when I dropped it off. When the car was ready for collection the speedometer did not work and there was a ticking in the coil. They replaced the coil with a different one. I expected them to replace the coil and module with a replacement part and not something completely different that needed to be adapted to fit the car. If they used the correct parts it would have been a case of plugging in the new part and the car running with no blown cluster. I feel I have paid R6500 for their incompetence. I had to call to find out what was happening and it took 2 weeks to fix. Incompetence and terrible service.
