BAD RESPONSE TIME/ SERVICE

Bought a Bosch 5.5kg on 5 May 2017. First report of a problem 20/11 and it was repaired. Belt slipped off the drum. And again 4/12; 8/12 and 12 Dec was assisted and again Jan, 12th 2018. We now got a refund but have been without a machine since 12 January and still sitting with a broken machine.
