Bad customer service and bad workmanship

Took 3 days to do a 1 day job, I had to phone them numerous time a day to find out how far they were, got my vehicle back with numerous problems. Now I have a pay another mechanic to fix their mistakes as I do not want to send my vehicle back to this *********** company.
