Bad Bosch service

I sent my car in for a service and cambelt change on 2 separate occasions. Well since then my car has been back for 5 days to try and rectify the brakes and it is still not fixed. Has come back worse than ever before. Will definitely not be using or recommending BOSCH to anyone. I tried to phone and speak to someone and the guy just put the phone down in my ear. Disgusting service.
