Arrogance I have never experienced before!!!!
I had and emergency yesterday. My windscreen wipers stopped working and the rain was threatening. I popped into Bosch in Randparkridge to ask for assistance/guidance to get it fixed. At first they were helpful enough by sending a technician out to my car. He lifted the hood looked and said he must dismantle a panel to get to the motor and it would take a minimum of 3 hours to open and find the problem. OK so far and we go back into reception to ask when they can do it. I was told that the soonest was Friday as they were fully booked. No problem....it is what it is. I told him I could not wait that long as I needed to use my car and asked him for a recommendation as to who else I can go to.....this is where I left with my mouth hanging open. His arrogant response was that he did not have a recommendation. I asked him if he knew who his competitors were and got a jaw dropping "we don't have competitors. Look at all the business we have" pointing to the vehicles in the parking lot. So much for assistance!!!!! I drove accross to road to a tyre company and asked them I they knew someone I can go to and pointed to a small business 200 meters away. I went in and was met with a very friendly guy who said "let's take a look and see if maybe the fuse has blown". Off the bat this guy won my respect. He was not pushing for his auto tech to do the job and stiff me with a huge bill. He wanted to assist me in sorting out my problem. Bosch.....when you start having more compassion and forget the arrogance and enrichment you display...you might receive a little respect......oh sorry....I forgot.....you don't care because you have enough business!!!!!! Get rid of the chip on your shoulder.....
