An oil service that lasts 48hours

I am writing to express a complaint about the horrible service we got from Bosch Service centre in Centurion. <br> <br> The was dropped off at 7:20 08/07/2015 and required an oil service, during the course of the day they called saying the sump gasket needs to be replaced, they get the go ahead. After then they become silent. We had to call them the whole and only at 16:30 they tell us that the car wont be ready and gave a lousy excuse.<br> <br> 09/07/2015, 15:40 the car is still not ready. What the hell have they been doing the whole day?????<br> <br> This is incompetence at the highest degree.<br> <br> I have since incurred extra costs due to arrangement of alternative transportation. Bosch is being very inconsiderate. This is the worst kind of service any one can ever receive. <br> <br> Now they will try to do a rushed job on the car.
