ACS AUTOWORX BOSCH CAR SERVICE TOTI DAMAGED MY CAR RED MERC CLA

Please assist me. I'm very disappointed yesterday on the 22 November I left my car for service at Bosch Car Service Toti. When I dropped the car for service, my car did not have any damage; even the person who did the inspection confirmed this. But when I got home I noticed that my back right light was damaged with a hole and cracked. I went back to report this today 23 Nov I spoke to the manager, and he called the guy who was servicing my car, and he denied that he damaged my car. But the guy who washed my car from Bosch did confirm that there was a hole when he washed the car and that hole/damage was not there when I dropped the car, because its not there even on the inspection sheet. The manager was also very rude and not remorseful; he was siding with the guy who damaged my car. Can you please Bosch Toti Service repair my car as you have damaged it. The manager promised me feedback today, but he did not call me. I'm very disappointed and I wanted to fix what was on the service report with them but how can I do that now since I can't trust them with my car? PLEASE FIX MY CAR BOSCH SERVICE TOTI
