A disgrace to the Bosch franchise!

I took my car in after it was cutting and towed it Bosch the garage in Hillcrest . They have been sitting with my car for 2 months after making me buy parts I did not need to buy. I had to employ an independent accessor to assist me with the matter and they refuse to release my car even though they have been unable to fix it after the owner admired they bought and tried to return a part that was fitted into my car unnecessarily. That garage is a disgrace to the Bosch franchise, it is bringing down the name of all Bosch garages. I went there for the first time following the Bosch name and my car is still in the same state after 2 months!
