A bad business worth reporting on

This is about what didnt happen!<br> <br> After my cv joint failed, within about fourteen months and only about 6000 kms !<br> i followed up with the management, who refused to consider a come back due to this work being out of warranty. we all know a cv joint has to last a lot longer than this and the entire joint had pulled out of its socket. <br> <br> After exhaustive referrals to the holding company and quality assurance management, and hours of my time later, i received a very snotty arrogant response, essentially no one is interested to sort out problems. The customer compaint service is a waste of time<br> <br> Clearly this company has too much business to care about any after sales service. Avoid them like the plague is what I recommend. <br> <br> They use a marketing trick to lure customers to think they will get back up service, very much like steves auto clinic, so do beware of these ****s. It was interesting to note that the quality manager called me and even agreed that the cv joint was most likely the inexpensive kind and the sub contractor probably didnt do the work properly. Well, who wants to lose money and worse, put ones life in danger in the process of trusting a repair service shop like this
