Unbelievable

"Appalling! My vehicle broke down in Herm****, so I took it to Bosch for repairs. To make a long story short, they had to replace my dual mass flywheel and clutch kit. However, not even 2000km after getting my vehicle back, it broke down again. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that they had fitted my Dual mass flywheel with helicoils after breaking off the original bolts. Any trained mechanic would know that you can't fit a dual mass flywheel with helicoils. It's evident that they are not properly trained, even though they are a "Bosch" franchise.

Now, the repairs for my vehicle are costing me R108,000. In frustration, I took my car to another Bosch branch in Cape Town, and they couldn't believe what Bosch Herm**** had done. The franchise owner in Herm**** even went so far as to blame me, claiming that I instructed them to do the improper repair. Talk about blame-shifting and poor service!"
