TERRIBLE SERVICE AT BOSCH CAR SERVICE HERM****
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOSCH CAR SERVICE HERM**** First of all, I phoned Bosch Car Service Herm**** and asked if they work with our insurance company for the warranty, they informed me they do. Car was at them for 3 weeks before car was fixed. They then said we have to pay and claim back from our warranty insurance ourselves. Which was not the original info that was given to us, in need of our car, we paid (R21 000.00) just to get the car. Got the car the Friday, the Saturday we contacted them the morning to inform them of the huge oil leak! They then said to bring the car back for them to have a look at it. Took the car and they quoted us R24 000.00 for repair of the oil leaks saying its wear and tear on the engine. THE CAR DID NOT HAVE ONE SINGLE OIL LEAK BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT!!! If it was wear and tear, why did they not inform us of the oil leaks when the car was with them the first time??? They are full of excuses, sorry to say we will never make use of them and will not recommend anyone to them.

Worst service ever .....
We have had the most horrific experience at Bosch Car Service Herm****. We booked our car in for a 90,000 km service, and to have the cambelt replaced - they ordered the wrong cambelt twice and eventally after 6 days got the right part. They also had to repair the starter motor. They did the "test" on the car but did not share the fault finding report with us, and when we went to collect the car on day 7, they told us that there is a serious problem with the engine mounting and that we have to have it replaced. They were very arrogant when we asked why we were not notified - long story short the car had to stay another 3 days. Eventually I could collect the car. Then when I paid they duplicated the payment one payment went through at 09:51 and the second one 10:32. They are saying it was my decision to put my card in their machine to pay ..... and that I need to contact my bank to sort it out - PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS - they have NO respect for their customers and do not care - the rating for their service is minus 100
