****ty service. Regret taking my car the for diagnostic cause I'm left confused with a car not fixed cause they keep telling me that they'll call my insurer. They just dont give a damn as long they make money they good, i mean it's just 1 client they losing so why would they care. I honestly dont trust the feedback i got of the diagnostic as i feel it does not make sense since they themselves couldn't explain to me hence i feel they avoiding me. Called in again and still nothing. Is it possible to get a refund so i can take my car somewhere else for diagnostics and actually get proper assistance with my car? I'm starting to think its a race issue cause I just called the dealership again and they hit me with that you people line.

Update: on the 9th of January 2026 I spoke to Rodney and he promised to solve my issue ASAP and I should give him till 5pm to get back to me and still nothing to on the 10th of January 2026 at 11:10. Called in and spoke to Mellisa the lady that made ******s remarks and when I tried explaining my situation again she hung up.
