Waiting for an online order

Good morning I placed an order for 2 wallets with engraving on the 23rd of September and paid the full amount immediately. 16 October I got a message to say the order is almost ready. October 22nd, I got a message to say there were problems with many things and there is a delay. October 29th, I got a message to say the package would go out "today". November 5th, I got a message with a list of other people to say the parcels are being sent out and that the waybills will be sent to us before the day. Today is the 15th of November and I still haven't received anything. WhatsApps were sent to them regularly with no reply from their side. I want to know the situation please?? I tried to call (all on the new WhatsApp number) no answer. Thank you very much, Maureen
