BOS BEVOK VELLIES ****MERS

I placed an order on the 3rd of May, for mother's day, which it should arrive by the 10th May, on the 7th i saw another handbag for myself which i ask if they can add it to my order i have paid the first order immediately and the second one, on the 9th the morning when i start following up on my delivery they said they just finishing with the wallet and then they couriering it. on 10th i followed up no reply received till 8pm the evening telling me the package fell behind the counter and they will send it first thing the next day, Saturday i followed up no reply received today i follow up no reply received. i really feel this is the worst experience they spoiled my Mother's Day and now they not getting back to me are they ****mers or are they just not valuing their clients. worst place ever and i will not recommend them ever to anyone. please note if i do not receive any feedback i will be taking this review further and i will also open a case against them as they took payment for something they didn't deliver.
