Worst customer service. I've ordered from them and paid on the same day. After a month without any feedback, I've started sending whatsapp's enquiring about progress and delivery. They ignored my messages. Out of desperation I've asked on their Facebook page that they must please reply to my messages. Then they blocked me on Facebook. After that I rep**** on their whatsapp status asking for a reply. Then I asked for a refund. No reply. Then I listed them on ****mers SA. The owner then threatened me with court action and is refusing to refund me!! I have screenshots of everything.
