**************** and bad service

I wouldn't recommend border to anyone. I had a 10 mbps upload and 10 mbps download speed with them for R1443 in December. I then downgraded my line to a 4 mbps. Last month I requested the same 10 mbps speed and was told it is done. I tested my speed and it was very slow. I called and was advised they put my on a 10 mbps download speed and 3 mbps upload speed and will change it to 10 up and 10 down within the hour. The next week I called again as the speed was still slow. I was then advised by the sales team they do not offer that package anymore as people don't use it to the full extent. at this point I am paying R1299. I then sent an email asking if they can assist me to give me the package I had. There was no response. I then sent another email and got a call from Crystal at border advising me they will give me the package I had for double the price. They now want to charge me R2500 for the same package. This is ridiculous and poor service. They want to over charge people . This is **************** and they don't care if they lose customers.
