CPE Move from hell

Ive been extremely disappointed by the lack of urgency and communication from Border Internet in regards to my CPE move. It was communicated to me that the move would be done last week and yet I have still had to call every day to find out whats going on. Besides being promised call backs that never materialized I was put on hold and subsequently cut off at least 5 times since Monday truly a disappointing experience from a service provider I've recommended to others for a while.
