BORDER INTERNET SALES DEPARTMENT SERVICE SUCKS

Have been trying to contact Border Internet for a week now to do an installation. 5 Emails later, 1 phone call to the sales department and still no response. The person at sales said they would get back to me, still waiting. This is very poor service offered by Border Internet when the have no interest in getting back to potential clients, just wonder what the service is like once installed !!!!!
